Dr. Dieterich is an investigator for several ongoing studies evaluating the safety and efficacy of various antiviral treatment regimens for chronic hepatitis B and C, NASH, and PSC. A member of many professional societies, Dr. Dieterich is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Gastroenterology and at the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases. He has served on several committees of the AIDS Clinical Trials Group at the National Institutes of Health.
