Dan has been employed at Hartford Hospital since 1980. He started his role there as a Respiratory Therapist, which included 13 years in clinical, including Life Star helicopter, and serving as President and National Delegate to Connecticut Society Respiratory Therapy.
Dan has worked in Quality, Finance, Cardiology and Transplantation over his 40-year career. He has served on several boards, including Connecticut Quality Council, Life Choice, Donate Life CT and the National Kidney Foundation, which honored him in November for the region’s first recipient of The Arthur P. Pasquarella Leadership in Action Award
Since joining the Transplant Team Hartford Hospital has doubled the volume in Transplants with the help of a superb team.
He has supported the great mission of the ALF since he joined the Transplant Team, and has attended almost all the events including Flavors, the Honoree Salute Dinner, and the Liver Life Walks.
