Francine is Vice President of the Transplantation Center, Medicine Services and Heart and Vascular Center (HVC) at Yale New Haven Hospital (YNHH) and Vice President of HVC throughout the Yale New Haven Health System (YNHHS). She has responsibility for all associated inpatient services as well as all Transplant, Medicine and HVC ambulatory sites.
Francine is well known throughout the organization for her ability to listen first, advocate, and align initiatives with the mission, vision and values of YNHHS. She is a strategic leader with progressive healthcare experience, supporting major acquisitions and high impact initiatives. She has an excellent reputation for building effective relationships and producing results through a blend of strategic, operational and customer focus throughout YNHHS. An exemplary role model and mentor, Francine engenders great collaborative respect from physicians, colleagues and staff alike.
Francine’s nursing career at YNHH spans over 35 years. Francine assumed leadership for the Transplantation Center in 2013 and brought to the role her passion and commitment to a high level of patient-centered care provided within each of her service lines. She has been a staunch supporter and sponsor of the American Liver Foundation and its mission to promote education, advocacy, support services and research for the prevention, treatment and cure of liver disease.
